Our plastic tubes drilling machine is specialized in punching holesfor medical plastic catheters. Adopting manual loading, it consistsof a fine-tuning platform and two stations of Z-axis assembly. Themachine has a compact structure, and the knife clamp adopts athree-way movable drilling chuck, which is able to adapt to thehollow knife of 0.3-4mm. It is equipped with reset ejector structure,which ejects the waste material from the knife when reset. Thepunching direction is fixed by the jig to fix the position of the tubebody, and the position can be adjusted freely.
